No worries Hellraiser, "the Legend" has managed to turn just about everyone on the forum against him. No one takes what he says seriously anymore, so don't let him get to you.Posted by Hellraiser: But now you come here and post this **** about mulligans and whatnot - I am so ****ing pissed that i did not say only 'You win' after that unfortunate missclick.This blows, man.

Just what kind of "lesson" would that be?Posted by Zapp: You will be taught a different lesson than what they teach you at Yoda Boot Camp :cool:Careful Sombra, it sounds like he is going to molest you!

Sounds like Hearts of Iron.Originally posted by John C:Maybe you should have to go to each vessel in your navy and assign the individuals in the dry dock facility who will scrub down the hulls each turn in order to prevent rusting. In fact, let's name every single person in each country and let players assign a task to each of them - you know who gets drafted as a private, who goes to an academy and eventually becomes an officer, which officers go on to pilot school and which go to tank school, who gets a job in the factories (and which factories!), who gets promoted to foreman and to manager. We can even keep track of each person's motivation level, how much they drink, and whether they have any health conditions that might impact their performance. That will give players total control over the economy. Weeeeeee! Isn't micromanagement fun? Sure it will take longer to play each turn than the whole war lasted in real life, but won't that be fun??? Won't it? Just don't assign that dullard billy to scraping down your uboat or it might rust!
(jk, actually I like that game )

We quit for the night, will continue tomorrow.
Current advantages / disadvantages for Allies at this point in the game:
Disadvantages:
* Outnumbered in quantity of airfleets.
* British MPP shortage for war industry.
* No bases in the Mediterranean to launch offensive operations from.
* Germans have a large MPP base at their disposal.
Advantages:
* A far superior navy in all respects.
* A standing British Army.
* A large Soviet Army which I believe will greatly improve in quality in the near future.
* A decent American Army which has safe passage across the Atlantic and has adequate naval support.
This is a very interesting game to say the least.
