  1. FWIW I'm still on 1.00 and have seen this problem.
  2. I remember in the "Liberation of Paris" scenario in CMBO; when you get reinforcements half of your vehicles are stuck in a building, but this seemed a little different.
  3. I found this to be odd: I recently had a battle where an enemy's Panzer III got stuck in a light building. I have screen shots and saved the game. It was immobilized a few rounds earlier, so I'm thinking it's possible that another vehicle had pushed it, but is that possible - to actually have a tank in a building? Was this by design, a fluke, or bug?
  4. the thing that bugs me is that the troops will go to the molotovs before they will grenades. It seems to me a grenade would be more effective than a molotov against a PZ.
  5. I'll never forget one operation I was playing (I cant remember the name of it right now), but I was playing as the Germans. Well, around the 3rd battle of the operation, with all of my guns hiding the entire battle, arty comes falling down, meticulously picking off each gun, one by one. I still dont know how they could have either seen or spotted them since they were all in pretty good cover.
  6. Tom- I was surprised by this behavoir too - well actually my KS-2 was quite surprised about it...OOPS!! It definitely isnt like it was in CMBO, I havent noticed even a 'degredation' of LOS, especially in open terrain - enemy units can see right through burning vehicles now.
  7. "photos of the eastern front, always show the old mud-wall, straw-thatch roofed shacks that formed the majority of the villages in Russia" I'm sure someone can do a mod for that.
  8. In CMBO I've had luck with 80mm mortors against Panthers....very rarely though. Lit 'em up a few times.
  9. "I can verify they shoot at infantry with something, presumably their sidearms." Yes, I have witnessed it. An ATR team that I had hiding came across a platoon of PZ IV's...I ordered them to get the hell out of there, but in the pause before they moved, they definitely shot something other than the AT rifle at the tanks - sounds like pistols - wasnt the usual 'thud' of the AT rifles. At least 6 or 8 shots in the 12 seconds before they moved.
  10. well I can confirm for a fact that the ATR have other small arms - I just witnessed a ATR crew firing small arms (sounds like pistols) at a PZIV @very close range, and it wasnt the usual 'thud' of the AT rifle - it was definitely another weapon.
