I concur, AT guns seem to be utterly useless. I'd say the problem lies in spotting capability and and too perfect range estimation/firing. a) Tanks should not spot AT Guns so easilly. Does AI have Borg-like "collective" mind or is the problem only within Tanks' abilities? When playing flat fields, nearly hull down position, my AT guns are usually killed when HE round lands just behind them?!? That is amazing accuracy to shoot HE round on flat trajectory so it hits the ground and detonates on the correct range as deviation of about ~1/10 of degrees in elevation would result error of propably several hundred meters in range. Knock-out-hit into the gun shield would be much more likely scenario. -They do happen, but usually the crew has been killed several times already as I try to reoccupy it with other grunts.

It is because the patch must be converted to fit to copy-protected and handicapped CDV-version, and it has been promised that they will be released at the same time...

Schoerner's Anti-Censorship doesnt work for me. I have also seen better camo-skins for several vehicles in US version compared to flat-beige in CDV-rape-version. Because of those and couple of other reasons, I would also like to get US version.

Pioneer troops are completely missing for Finns! Historically every Division had (or at least should have) a pioneer battalion. We didn't "lend and lease" those from Germans like in game it must be done.

I know I should have done that, but when I acquired the map I was sooo excited that I got this kind of "occupational accident". In fact it doesn't bother much in this particular case, I just wished this kind of possibility already in CMBO sometimes. Anyway it is a great editor already. Funny though that it isn't possible (as far as we know); map is basically the same thing (bit larger only), I guess that parameters are the main difference. But then again, I didn't design it, I'm just guessing.

What about pioneers? (Engineers) I cant find them from Finnish troops at all. In reality we didn't have to "lend and lease" those troops from Germans during assaults! So we have no Satchel charges at all, which were (in addition to cones and sticks) one noticeable at-method.

Is it possible (I truly hope so) to convert a battle to an operation map or vice versa? No need for units. Reason I'm asking this that I made 2x4km battle map from area of Portinhoikka, near Viipuri which is modeled by 1:20000 topographic map (printed 1938) as accurate as I could make including vegetation. (It took about 20hrs or so) Naturally its a bit overkill for a battle so I'd really like to use it for an operation too. If BTS or anyone has a beta-release tool for this use I'd be happy to test it

Also StuG-III's had the machine gun in roof. Now it has nothing for close defence. Actually the original German MG-34 machine gun was replaced with Soviet 7.62mm DT machine gun, which was in Finnish opinion more reliable. Also armor skirts were removed (that is correctly modeled), but logs were added in side upper superstructure in every StuG. I remember that it was intended to be modeled, but maybe CD-got too small to implement all in current relese? (Like IS-3, StuG-IV, BT-42, whose modeling is missing) Also Finns bought ~30 StuG-III late (with saukopfmantle). They arrived in time, but they never see the action against russians. (Neither did Pz-IV) But machine gun is nro 1 needed in StuG's. Then hopefully logs someday.

For same reason the new manual must be delivered and the old one must be removed(!) from CD. At least in page 167 (full manual) one may read "SS-vuoristojoukkoja" (ss-mountaintroops). AArgh. Horrible. I can see chanting already begun. I also heard that PC-superstore (PCSS in short) is going to be changed to PCWG because of public demand in EU. I addition you can only imagine how this kind of law hurts all the snakes and their way of communication.

Mouse wheel zoom would be great. I guess I just have to make a CMBB profile for my Cougar. Throttle axis could be zoom, antenna knob view angle and so on... The other hand would be left free for mouse. Got to try when I get home.

FORCED CDV version only. I feel like buying A DVD-movie I truly want to get with all extras, but it is denied for me because someone-who-has-nothing-to-do-with-me has a problem with it... I haven't managed to notice him from features list. Does anyone know will the political officer be modeled in Red army? He was quite effecting guy till '43, when (somewhere around win in Stalingrad) the title was removed from oob's. His ability could be to something like being able to rally (almost) any infantry unit, but so affecting also 1 casuality. He was the main reason for fanatism in otherwise quite passive Red Army infantry. This unimaginable fanatism (which is referred in many german battle-descriptions especially in winter '41) also explains huge losses of Red Army.
