Im looking mostly at WW2 at this point. Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy and Final Blitzkrieg, are they using the same engine? How many engines are there? CMx1 is the old CMBO, BB and AK games, yes? What is the current engine for the newest, modern era games?

Thanks guys! I took a quick look into Steam but will dig in deeper. As Im on a Mac now not everything was available, at least on Steam. Is that the platform everyone uses these days or is there a page where theres more?

Hi guys, I've been gone a while and wonder how the field looks in regards to new games? With new I mean anything after 2011, sometimes time really flies ... Not many familiar names left on the forum, the list of available games is looong and I've switched to a M1 MacBook. I loved CMBO and CMBB and hope there is something like them out there? Are there any re-makes or similar? I sadly noticed Mr Emrys is no longer with us, any other of us old timers who have left this earth?

Im guessing motherboard failure. I just had something slightly similar, something had fried on the board. Do you still have a guarantee on the thing? I did have problems in all applications though, not just windows. Go into the BIOS and let it sit for a while, do the problems still arise?

How does CMSF Marines Video update pay for this place? I was about to bring up the same point as REVS did a few days back. Then we had 10 or 12 announcements on various superinteresting things. I had to scroll over a page down on my laptop to start seeing any proper threads. Now there are 'just' 7. Its a bit same as many people with their desktop shortcuts. The bloody shortcuts lose their effect when there are a million of them.

I read on their homepage CFS3 is needed. Should still be easy to find on sale. Track IR should work I think. Buy two rigs, and send me one, thank you.

My computer is relatively old and doesnt play newer games very well. As MCFS3 is really old, does Over Flanders Field play well on older rigs or have they pimped it up a lot and driven the comp requirements sky high (for me)?

Why would China support Syria in case the US were to attack? This is more "commercial politics". They want to sell their products and raise pro-China feelings in the area. If it really were to happen they would never ever support Syria.
