1. Hi, I'm Kiwi Lee, and I'm so good that I've grown sick and tired of being cornholed by all you knob polishers. I've played 50 million games, and I've won all of them (if'n you exclude the 49,999,995 where I had some bad luck). In fact, I'm such an arrogant bastard who is so full of himself, that I'll give birth to my own head the next time I sit to take a dump. I really don't want a game from any of you knob-gobblers, I just wanted to pound on my chest, hoping to attract another Bastidge as assinine as my self so that when we meet, We can create a brown-hole of bluster from which no full-of-himself warrior wannabe can escape.
 2.
quote:
Originally posted by Lorak: As for Auga becoming a knight...... not yet. I am a finiky bitch and my rules are well..made up mostly. But one that I find works well, (even though some thought it was stupid when I made it up), is a minimum of 5 games in the pool to become a knight. Lorak the loathed

At the fecking least. Water-boy has shown that he sends turns at a rate befitting an ice-age. His posts prove mildly entertaining, but to promote him solely on his record is similar to promoting the Bush because his daddy was boss. Talk about flagrant glad-handing! What a pubescent pile of pig-pilings Perdido purports to play (I've got to quit playing Deke Fentle; It's catching). Let him wallow further within the Cess. It's the least you can do.
 3.
quote:
from chrisl-- I think it's pretty well balanced, though it's certainly got some surprises.

What a pot of friggen pig porridge! Balanced as is the comparison between the masculinity of Richard Simmons and Carlos Hathcock. I'm the poor bloody Ami's attacking across a river. Two bridges; one a railroad, the other a regular road. As it turns out, the regular road is blocked by barbed wire, and covered by machine-gun bunkers. I smoke the wire and the bridge, and try to hump my guys across. But NNNNoooooooo, that bastard harpooner dicovers the wonders of area fire and breaks all my guys while they're trying to cross the wire in the smoke. Really, I'd like to know what sort of messed-up brain-cells wanker chrisl thinks he's borrowing to classify this scenario as remotely balanced. Face it, he's obviously mentally handicapped (run, chrisl, run!) and has trouble discerning a piece of donkey from a piece of ass. The thought of repeated attacks against impossible odds for 45 turns makes me want to puke only slightly less than it makes me want to put chrisl {no bold for disingenuous sacks of sh*t} in an eternal sleeper-hold. Oh, I'll play it through to the amusement of you psuedo-stiff members in the coliseum, but I'll not like a bit of it. So, you can all go hump your thumbs (except for chrisl, who can go hump a testy rhino). Fricken quim-crotched soft-tools. Edited multiple times because I'm trying to think of a way to cause chrisl a slow, tortuous death. [ 04-18-2001: Message edited by: Leeo ] [ 04-18-2001: Message edited by: Leeo ]

 5.
quote:
Originally posted by Mattias: Boring and one sided debate really. The ones in favour of in graphics before anything else label themselves as forerunners of the technical revolution while those focusing on game engine improvements are called reactionary. The only thing these “reactionaries” have against graphical improvements is when they comes with a disproportionate cost in game engine development.

Well said.
 6. OK, this will likely piss some people off, but many of you are nothing more than whiners. I'd pay good hard money for CM2 if it came out with the EXACT same engine as CMBO v1.12 has now. It is already far and away the best wargame ever developed for the computer, and jumped light years ahead of it's precursors. I'd rather it came out in 5-7 months with new units and the same engine, than to wait 18-24 months to create a whole new graphical engine. You've all had more fun with this game as is than you've had with any other computer wargame, but now you're whining about "ooooo, give us this" and "oooo, give us that". As is, with all the additional earlier German units and all the Russian units is better than we deserve. Ok, I'm done ranting, but I stick firmly by my rant. Now quit your spoiled demands for more, and let BTS get back to turning out the next edition of the best computer wargame on God's green Earth.

Man, I hate indecisiveness!. Sod off, butt-puppets. [ 04-17-2001: Message edited by: Leeo ]
 8. I've voted, have you? Seriously, CGW has a VERY large audience. Wouldn't you want them to all love CMBO and buy it, so that CMBO2/II can be as good as possible? Now go vote, Or you will get a whuppin' like you can't imagine. Get off your lard-ass and DO IT!

 10.
quote:
Originally posted by David Aitken: Whoops, almost forgot: Lorak, please record: Aitken: Digging the bullets out, trying to find any that are actually German. Leeo: Finding the rain quite refreshing.

Sir Stuka, Sir Stuka! I'd proudly like to present you with the skull of Aitken for your piss-bucket. Unfortunately, I'm afraid it will be of little use to one as gloriously gifted with the volume of golden flow such as yourself. I regret to report that after hollowing the cranium, there is nary the room left for you to dribble in, kind (but otherwise negligent: Wait; did I say that out loud?) and beneficent kaniggit. However, you can put this on your newly acauired shelf of oh-so-collectable piss-buckets, to which I intend to add post haste. This poor Aitkinses was sorely confused by my ever-present knowledge of his where-abouts. Amazing what a few veteran, shadowing sharpshooters (Damn that Fenkle! I've been once again been infected with unintentional alliteration) can accomplish in a low visibility scenario. They made contact, and kept contact with his manhoovering troops for most of the game. That, in association with creating listening posts from injured squads in strategic locations, turned a rainy night into tactical daylight. I even had one sharpshooter sneak along within one of his platoons for about three turns. I will bring you his skull again, so that you may have a matching set of bookends, since his occipital volume precludes the use of his skull for relieving thyself. I am here to serve, Sir Stuka the absent mentor. [ 04-16-2001: Message edited by: Leeo ]

Not elegant, and not even nice, but I'm sick of their circular logic and perpetual proving. So, go post something non-malicous, tangentially off topic, and close the bastige down.....

 16.
quote:
Originally posted by Phillies Phan: Want to contine the spewing of venom? Bring it.

Well, that's a little more on topic to this board. Were I cursed enough to claim you as the fruit of my loins (excuse me while I retch at the thought just brought), I would perhaps even be able to garner some small bit of satisfaction that your mild mewlings might by some be construed to contain bile. However, as soon as such thoughts crossed my mind, I'd have to put the whip to your mother, the filly from whom you've obviously adopted your moniker. Now as far as Oregonians and sports, I would point out to you that most of us have evolved enough to stop beating our chests or slashing our wrists based on the haphazard performance of high school drop-outs posing as "talented" individuals.
 17.
quote:
Originally posted by KMHPaladin: Hey tough guy, in case you've not realized it yet, this entire thread is made up of grossly off-topic thoughts that are almost all either inane or asinine - haven't you become accustomed to it yet? "Feck off" as you so eloquently put it.

OOoooo, lookee who thinks he's "keeper" of the Mutha-Beautiful thread! I'm a newbie, I admit it and acknowledge it. However, your view of the thread is as consequential to me as the tick on my dog. Your lame attempt at maliciousness is equivelant to the rat terrier that yaps at me from the parked car next to mine at the mall. I can only hope that your owners will soon roll your windows up and go have a long lunch.
 18.
quote:
Originally posted by Phillies Phan: I'm a maudlin son-of-a-bitch that gains my only pleasure from associating myself with a bunch of millionaire prissy boys who think that what they do make some bit of feckin' difference in the world

Phan, though I understand you've been around a long time, why don't you go post this drivel on the main board or to a dedicated fan board where people give half a crap. I'd struggle to feel sorry for one so wrapped up in the sports world that they gain their identity from such, but I'm worn out from trying to point that out to my old man. Really, I know your an "old hand" here, and I'm probably ticking Jesus and his mother off by saying this, but either spew the bile, or go elsewhere. I know, I know, I read the "we'll welcome you back in the fold" crap, but the useless drivel you've been posting lately has been starting to mellow my harsh. What you've had to say has had ZERO to do with this little pool that you were once a part of. Now get a pair, or sod off. If any of you others don't like my attitude, so be it. You can feck-off too.
 19. I think the forum looks super-great. Thanks for all the work that went into it. IMHO, most of the recent (and subsequent) postings are not much more than whining and nit-picking. Mainly, I just want to send my Thanks to BTS for making this forum available to all of us. Great job, and keep up the good work! Leeo

 21.
quote:
Originally posted by MrSpkr: Now get off your arse and send me a setup, that I may purge your disgusting presence from this place. MrSpkr

You, pissboy that you are, and ever shall be, are for all intents and purposes beneath my notice.

What sort of megalomaniac affliction gave you the idea it was your place to rid the Mutha-Beautiful Thread of anything?
You are nought but a putrescent gutpile left from a previous kill, and as such deserve only to be gently prodded with a long stick and left to be picked over by vultures.
You apparently are under the misconception that you've got a pair. You "Tire of waiting?" As if I could be bothered to give a flying feck. Now with all of the above said, and I'll try to put it real simple-like, so that your cockroach brain can grasp it, you at least singled someone out. You even showed a modicum of bile (and a little more phlegm than is appreciated--go cough into your lacey hanky). However, you lack some in the creative area. Why don't you practice a bit by insulting some nuns, and once you have horrified them a bit, come and spew that newly-honed, clean-languaged bile, and I may, yes, may, give you the honor of a game. Otherwise, for now, go blow a goat! (sit down bauhaus, let the new prig have a chance)
 22. Yep. The original CMBO got so little attention, BTS has folded their tents and moved on. Oh, yeah. Try doing a search.
 23. Though I am loathe to bring such outer vileness into these sacred, slime- and scum-ridden halls, take a deep breath and observe the following offering from the outer boards:
quote:
Hello all you CM fanatics!!! It is the greatest game of all time! A HUGE thanks to BTS!!! I am sure this game has caused many divorces and breakups!! LOL I do have a serious question though.... I have been playing CM for a while and can not get tired of it but, When can we expect to see CM2? I have not been reading the boards lately and am not sure if i missed a posting about this. Any info would be great! A big shout out to James Thomas in Schinnen!!!!!

WTF? While an appreciation for CMBO is appropriate, what's up with the "Not sure if I missed a posting"? This only goes to prove that as hate and bile filled as is the Mutha-Beautiful Cess, there is a valid and tangible reason why we tend to clump together here in the obnoxiousness. Really, this makes me completely sick, and I'd love to flame his low-numbered, "Junior Member's" ass, but I doubt he could be lured into this ribald den of iniquity. Again, though against the nature of the Thread, I apologise for bringing this dullard's ramblings into the Cess. However, I intend it only as a lesson to those who have forgotten why this is THE Thread, and to remind all who here reside that the outer-boards contain no sign of intelligent life. Now rant on against me, as I know you must, but I welcome and revel in your vile loathings, and for every ounce of disgust you heap upon me, I am happy in the knowledge that the abuse I receive is not one part in ten to the retching feeling that overcomes me when subjected to the mewlings of the outer board simulacrums.
