Yeah, the first time I was given a TI card, a pair of muklucks, and the winter mittens I turned around and asked the guy how we were supposed to pull the triggers on our weapons with mittend on that were twice the size of our hands. The winter stuff is warm, but it's too damn clumsy to wear. Just as a question, does anyone else wear their normal combat boots underneath the mukluck, rather than using the liner?

No. It's non reflective. A few units in my area have the helmets already. If you ask me, unless the visor is bullet proof it's useless and is just going to get in the way.
