  1. I'm thinking that the U.S. should sell Sweden to Australia, or at least to Arkansas, two places where recognition of the obvious and commonplace automatically cast a person as material worth saving for breeding outside of the family unit. Suffice it to say that none of our resident Swedes would be in danger of such a radical change to their cultural norms.

How nice it is to see my Squireling making good. He picks his own fights without running home to old Croda now and on occasion practices personal hygiene of some sort. As soon as he can drop the hygiene altogether, we can vote him in as new Justagrog.

  2. Alal and alak and alas once again...

My posting duties have fallen to the wayside as that bespeckled Master known as Real Life™ has again tasked me to the ends of the Earth in order to prepare for the coming of the new children who will soon devour my nights as work devours my days.

I though for sure that I was going to be a father again on Sunday after 5 hours in the hospital watching my wife snarl through contrations. Turns out she was just dehydrated and 2 liters of fluid set everything right again. Regardless, I figure I've got 2 weeks max to straighten, clean, dust, construct, destruct, pamper, call, arrange, organize, plant, weed, mow, whack (Bauhaus...) and otherwise become the essence of the ubiquitous nature of man.

As such, my postings have fallen as has my turn rate.

    SO TOUGH ****E!

With that in mind, I would like to call a vote before I disappear into the netherworld of diapers and their tarry contents:

Which of the Olde and Entitled would have my squire extraordinaire Boo_Radley raised to the coveted and despisèd level of Kanigget of the Cesspool?

He has expressed the ability to taunt without the backing of CM-related skill.

He has sounded off with a pair and has sodded off (in Mace's area I hope) when required.

He has tackled squirely jousts 'gainst lesser beings.

In short, he has become one of us, though why he felt compelled to I cannot begin to surmise.

    Let's have the vote then.

Croda - El Supremo Poop-Head of the First Order

M'Lud Croda. As I am already engaged in battle with that mentally unbalanced Hee-Haw reject known as dalem, is there anything specific you would like me to do to him? Beyond ripping him asunder, that is. That's pretty much a given. Shall I make his defeat as bitter as a salt filled pancake laid upon the body-politic of a great nation? Shall I assemble his cleaned bones into an amusing free-form sculpture? Do you wish him to bring you breakfast in bed dressed in a skimpy French maid's costume?

    Your wish is my command.</font>

Note the transposition of LSD which Kirk intended to use (more proof of his substandard ability as a starship captain) and the actual usage of LDS. This is particularly important when watching the film in Salt Lake City as the predominate religion (i.e Mormons or the Church of Jesus Christ of LATTER DAY SAINTS) is referred to locally as ... wait for it ... L.D.S.! Apropos, I thought at the time.

Hiram started to really pick up some speed and Croda kept begging him to please slow down...

    A quick AAR.

Croda launches a brave and daring assault on the objectives on turn 1 and captures them by turn 2.

dalem spends the next 23 turns dieing.

dalem, do you have any other pets, as major surgery will be necessary to remove any more parts from your dawg.

    Yeah, whatever.</font>

Yeah, your bad. I refer you to The Rules , as originally posted by The Justicar hisownself.

"{Don't} think that just because you're good at CM that you have a place HERE! We don't care ... we care about taunting, insulting and generally being Gamey, underhanded swine. That's right ... GAMEY ... we LIKE GAMEY because the Outerboards DON'T."

Get with the program, you non-gamey, ladder playing type. Next step is grogdom, and you're perilously close, bub.</font>

The best part about people who like to be wrong, is when they screamingly announce it to the masses.

What you meant to say, you withered, weed of a man, is that 'She Wore a Yellow Ribbon' is one of John Wayne's best performances, surpassed only 'The Searchers' and rivalled only by 'Sands of Iwo Jima', 'The Quiet Man', 'The Shootist', and 'Joe Shaw is a Blithering Idiot.'

Have you seen these movies or does the person who cleans your dentures tell you what to say?

Does Oddstralia have a national hero?

    Gosh, think of the options:

    Mel Gibson

    Paul Hogan

    Russel Crowe

    Carrot Top

    Mel Gibson

Not much of a list, and Gibson was born in the States.

I suppose Hogan wins by a nose over Carrot Top. What a sad, sad isle.

Perhaps you're confusing Carrot Top with Yahoo Serious? Easily done, I understand.

But before we begin trashing and thrashing all things from Upside Down Land, we need to give special amnesty to AC DC.</font>

  12. And as for Joe Blow the Justagrog -

The Searchers is made a better movie by Wayne's stronger performance. The supporing cast of YR is far superior with McLaglen, John Agar, Harry Carey Jr. Searchers supporting cast has Ward Bond, not enough to make the overall cast performance above YR's.

Thus, the fact that The Searchers is a better movie is testament to Wayne's superior performance.

I thought that someone who pretends to be as bright as you pretend to be would have picked up on that nuance.
