  1. It should run okay. I used to run it on a P233, 64mb RAM, and 4mb S3 Verge video card. But as Schrullenhaft said, you will lose some of the video effects. Possibly no fog effect. And the command/target/move lines will probably be one color instead of several (at least, that's what I suffered). But gameplay should be fine except in the larger scenarios, which will run Very slowly.

No, no, get it right... He's daydreaming about the swaying grass skirts on those babes in Tahiti... which is where he and the rest of the BTS crew will take long-deserved vacations after CMBB is released :D

  3. Unfortunately, there is, and will be no way around it. ATI cards do not support fog tables. If you Really want fog, and can afford it, you can get a decent 32mb Nvidia-based video card for anywhere from $50 to $100. I got a 32mb TNT2 card for just over $60 some time back, and it works great.

I'll see about getting some screenshots, but you also might want to check CMHQ and see if there might be some there in the meantime.

  4. You won't know for sure if you damaged the gun, even with detailed hits on. You will see 'gun damaged' yes, but only the tank owner will know if it was actually damaged.

I know this because I got a 'gun damage' hit on a German PzIV one game, so next turn I moved a tank out into a good LOS to finish it off, and the Panzer returned fire, taking out my Sherman. My opponent told me the gun was hit, but not damaged.
