    I am standing here proud in the knowledge that not only was I one of yours but that I have once again the occasion to prove it.

    I just did the last back up of the late Pool.

    I have ALL of it.

    The first page had been deleted but I can do some editing in HTML since I still have it from my previous back up yesterday.

    My take on this is that I will post all of the previous thread in a single post on Geeks Confederate thread and nuke it with simultaneous 3000 posts of taunting glory.

    Yes, french are dirty minded bastards...

    It's just that nowadays it's the required answer to any newbie first post.

    BTW, you're right.

    But you got to know that in the past, some of the "critics" were a bit aggresive and unlawful.

    So I guess we are a little bit trigger happy about that game.

    You also forgot one thing which is very important since it's the dreaded Human Factor.

    The good ol' "We were there" symptom.

    Which reminds me that since it's your first post and you hadn't been assimilated yet, there is no good reason why I should try to contribute something useful in here.

    Now that's very much uneducated that...

    The Peng thread as you named it is open because it has 2 recognized virtues:

    The first is that all of us merry Cesspoolers are very much keeping to ourselves and are not bothering buggers like you on other threads.

    The second is that it has a benchmarking function so that BTS could know when a thread is too big for the whole forum.

    So you Flipper, not only are you peeved by a thread whose galant members are far surpassing the lack of wit your showing now, but when the whole forum burst by the sheer burden of our taunting, you'll know it would have been our fault entirely.

    Now if some moderator could close that thread so that both of you would have something new to read...
