But what if a Bren tripod was stowed on the outside of a commonwealth tank, wouldn't that have have a chance of acting as a sort of Schürzen?

I think your sig says all that needs to be said.

Some StuG IV:s had 6" of concrete in front of the superstructure, on both sides of the gun.

I meant the performance loss (if any) when playing Half-Life. It may give some indication on how much resources is used by wineX.
Interesting anyway, please let us know if you get it to work.
-
How large is the performance loss when running a game through wineX?

Is this a new design to complement the dumb and smart bombs currently used?

Nah, I've got nothing in the "My Documents" folder that doesn't have "oh, baby, baby, baby," or "Of course I'll respect you in the morning" in it. Seriously, it's possible I suppose, but it certainly does appear to be targetted.

Ehh... I dont think there are viruses that can extract the "dialogue" from movies.
But seriously, the text is picked from documents on the sender's computer. So if the unfortunate sender is a wargamer, this is a possible explanation.
-
Some viruses pick text from documents in the "My Documents" folder, thus making it look more authentic. This could be the explanation to the wargaming text.

The problem only appeared in Opera, when I used Netscape it worked.
The confusing thing about the error message was that he's not really using remote hosting since the page is on the same server as the zip-files.

Michael, I tried to download your Canadian uniforms but got an error message saying that Angelfire does not allow direct linking from offsite, non-Angelfire pages, to files hosted on Angelfire.
The guide to using Regedit was good, although I didn't look it up until after I had fixed the problem.
It should also be noted that there has to be a
c:\windows\temp directory, even if Windows is installed elsewhere.

Thanks, PDF!
A little bit of Regedit solved the problem.

I tried to get CMMOS to work, but it seems to assume that CM is installed in C:\Program\CMBO\ I have choosen to install CM on another drive, how do I make it work without moving everything to the C: drive? I also had to create a "windows" directory for the temp files (my windows directory is called "win").
Wouldn't it be better if you installed CMMOS into your CMBO directory, regardless of which drive you use i.e. with a relative path, not an absolute.

The MMG Carrier is also useless when they have taken a casualty.
The German HT:s, on the other hand, are "shocked" for the duration of the game it seems. They can still drive arund with normal reaction times, but it says "shocked" and they can (of course) not fire the MG.

An explosion in an ammo dump will probably detonate some of the shells, but the rest will be scattered around undetonated. Destroying ammo by putting C-4 on top of it works fine, destroying ammo by letting some other kind of ammo explode nearby is not guaranteed to give the same results.

Folks, there is one problem with using 'Windows Standard' dialog boxes: Macs. No rundll32, no MsgBox function, Windows APIs, etc.
And different file system too, meaning that using standard OS folders is not a likely option.

But the "open" box (load e-mail) is standard, the "save as" in the scenario design menus is standard. This is not a big deal but it could automatize the PBEM numbering / sending when using OneClick or similar programs.

The mod looks very nice, perhaps you should make it look more dirty/weathered.

I tried to bring some order to my scenario folder today, and I still think the scenario management needs some improvement.

Ah...so mr emrys [sic] is insulting me. How mature.
Thanks for the link to the dictionary, Private Pike.

I'm not really sure what that means (it's not in my dictionary or any on-line dictionaries) but it doesn't sound nice.

Is CMBB finished?!?!?!?
How can you say that it was not included in the game otherwise?
As you can see, the title of this thread is "M16 inn [sic] CMBB".
But I should of course have asked "how many will you be allowed to use before it gets gamey?"
-
But how many are you allowed to use before it gets gamey?
