I tested a voodoo3 when I upgrade. Took it back for a TNT2 Ultra w/ 32MB RAM. The TNT2 is faster, and the colors and textures are brighter and clearer.
To be honest, the voodoo3 ran like a slug with some of my flight sims. The TNT is smooth as glass.

Chillus pillus for youus.

You can look at your infantry in the 2nd storie with the "2" view. That lines up perfect with the 2nd floor.

I will fight tooth and nail to the last man. I will make you pay for every square inch, every house, every hill, and every patch of woods. Your men will curse my name, and I will curse yours. Surrender is not an option. Death is not an option. Only victory. And it will come at a high price.

How about putting a radio pack on the FO, complete with antanae. Like the green plastic army man everyone had as a kid.

Ill be whipping up a scenario with nothing but Jeeps and Kubelwagons, say a brigades worth of each. Anyone interested in playing this blind e-mail me ASAP.

I just tried the same scenario after reading your post. Except in this game, the germans recieved more infantry than tanks, and the human wave tactic DID work. I knocked out all the Stugs quickly, but 800 infantry charging out of the woods was impressive to see.
After having 2 positions overrun, 3 Sherman knocked out, and my remaining Sherman
ran out of MG ammo, I packed my bags and high tailed it.
I wiped out half of them, plus all their armor, but they held the field. Very impressive.

WW2 surface naval battled would be more interesting. Larger variety of ships, weapons and tactics.

Ive constructed a "walk in" enclosure around my computer, complete with deadbolt and vent holes. Ive given the wife her 30 day notice. She may only contact me by E-Mail, though only if the message header is "PBEM", because everthing else will be deleted. IVs are in place to prvent dehydration, and I have a bucket under my chair so I wont have to get up.

All the stats for both sides are displayed at the end of a battle. In an operation with multiple battles, will a running tally be kept, so at the end of the op. you will see the total results? Or is there only 1 results page for the entire op.? OR will I need to write down the results after every battle and figure it myself. The casualty/prisoner tally is the one true way to gauge success or failure. (The one I prefer anyway.) And after a good 2 or 3 days of pounding the enemy, wont it be satisfying to see that end total.
(Damn, I only wiped out 10,000 of those Hun bastards!)

Yep. Save the whole page. Then go into the page folder, and extract the txt. file. Delete the other garbage.
