  1. Hmmm, not good...

    A TRP (ideally two) is really needed with long delay arty. Esp if you have no FO.

    More so on defence as you can make a reasonable guess where you want to make the enemy fight and can park it where they will have to hunker down...

    Ohh well he must focus on his tanks as they are his only hope...

    Lets hope he can make them work for him...

    I counseled getting a couple of TRPs as did others, were they not available?

  2. For me the additional detail of the tanks, etc. is lost - I don't normally zoom in tight enough where additional detail there would make a difference.

    What I would like to see are roads that curve naturally and smaller action tiles. Those changes would have the most impact to the way I play, I think.

    And also, while I am at it, I would like to see true multiplayer games, i.e. 4 on 5, etc. I have lost track of that request over the years - what's the latest?

  3. I can't +1 enough Phil's recommendation to slooooow things down. When I started playing very slowly things started to improve markedly. Letting your recon units have time to scope things out made a big difference. I am talking a couple of turns minimum. Also, the more eyes you have on the target area the better. Don't bring up the tanks until they have something to shoot at.
