I prefer to call them Chit Chats, it pisses off the Aussies.
Not really. But it confuses the hell out of we aussies, so much so we just shake our heads and back away slowly.
And Matt Priddis is a better player than Joel Selwood.......and it's the only thing the West Coast won this season.

Joebob,Weren't the two of you supposed to get together and see who had more age spots or sumfink?
10 years in and they're both still counting.

All this ranting about a game!
From experience these 'If I ran this business this is how I would improve it' threads pop up every now and then. *shrug*
Personally I think a bad business model leads to a company's quick demise, so given that Battlefront is still churning out pretty good product after some 15 years now means they're doing a lot more right than wrong.

Oi Pat Excuse the hero worship but it's not everyday someone of your status posts here.
Love MMIR (Military Miniatures in Review for you non-modellers). Best model magazine ever! \m/

And no Emrys that doesn't mean getting friendly with your own family...just which side of Washington state are you from again?

Although there was one brief moment when it came to life. I recall it was somewhere between Christmas and New Years, and Mace got thoroughly drunk as only a Ozzie can do, and totally trashed their place. I think it was the most fun I had that month. Made my holiday, it did.
Did I? I can't remember.
Perhaps I should charge fee for service which will then pay for my alcohol consumption?

Drink a case of Foster's.
You might as well drink it because we don't.

I was always fond of tactical WW2 combat: miniatures, Avalon Hill and S&T boardgames, computer war games (loved SSI's Panzer Strike).
Anyhow a good friend from my high school days and a fellow gamer (Brian Rock aka Rocky) was on the CMBO beta, and let me have a bit of a play of a small quick mission way back when.
Hunting and killing a Hetzer with a M36 Jackson had me hooked, and it's the only series of games that is always loaded on my PC.

You have British decorum to maintain, you know.
What, he raised an eyebrow? That's very un-pom.

we would delight in your company even more, bestowing upon you the adoration and loving care that you so blatantly crave.
You had your finger crossed behind your back when you said that, didn't you?

Yes, in the Bizarro Universe of Superman comics where everything is the opposite of what it says.
So....a Bizarro version of you would be practically considered normal?
