Bundle pack elicense issues

So I bought the shock force bundle some time ago and installed it on both my laptop and home PC. All seemed well...

Late summer my home PC died (hard drive) and I got a new laptop. Subsequently I got a new home PC as well.

Fortunately I was able to unlicense the modules on my laptop but not on the PC.

So, as you can imagine, we I went to install Shock Force and the bundle on my new laptop and new PC I ran into licensing issues.

I was able to get 2 of the 3 modules licensed on the PC. I could not license any on the laptop.

So I wrote an email to elicense@battlefront.com and requested that the key be reset. Several days later they said it had been done and I was able to get the last module on the PC licensed. Unfortunately, I can only get 2 of the 3 modules licensed on the laptop before it says that the key is used up.

Not sure what to do at this point. I would expect the key coming with the bundle pack would have to be good for 6 licenses but it appears to be capping out at 3.

Any advice?

I have submitted a ticket. I think I have discovered the cause of my problems, and that is I didn't read the instructions concerning the auto system on the licence page being for games released after Jan,1,2011. I am unable to unlicence CMSF from my old computer cause they are no longer with us so to speak. I think a reset should do the job, hope to hear back from the help desk soon.
