Javaslinger Posted October 31, 2011 Share Posted October 31, 2011 So I bought the shock force bundle some time ago and installed it on both my laptop and home PC. All seemed well... Late summer my home PC died (hard drive) and I got a new laptop. Subsequently I got a new home PC as well. Fortunately I was able to unlicense the modules on my laptop but not on the PC. So, as you can imagine, we I went to install Shock Force and the bundle on my new laptop and new PC I ran into licensing issues. I was able to get 2 of the 3 modules licensed on the PC. I could not license any on the laptop. So I wrote an email to elicense@battlefront.com and requested that the key be reset. Several days later they said it had been done and I was able to get the last module on the PC licensed. Unfortunately, I can only get 2 of the 3 modules licensed on the laptop before it says that the key is used up. Not sure what to do at this point. I would expect the key coming with the bundle pack would have to be good for 6 licenses but it appears to be capping out at 3. Any advice? Schrullenhaft Posted November 1, 2011 Share Posted November 1, 2011 The CMSF 'triple bundle' should allow you to activate each of the modules twice. With the reset that Martin performed you should have had a free activation for each of the individual modules. I had used a licence on an old computer and one on my current desktop. An 'error 11' would indicate that there are no more activations available, while an 'error 501' would indicate that the license key either has incorrect/missing characters or it is the wrong license for this particular game/module. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think I have discovered the cause of my problems, and that is I didn't read the instructions concerning the auto system on the licence page being for games released after Jan,1,2011. I am unable to unlicence CMSF from my old computer cause they are no longer with us so to speak. I think a reset should do the job, hope to hear back from the help desk soon.
