Ted
Is it possible to open two CMBN games at the same time? If I open CMBN and try to open another game, so I can play two PBEM's simultaneously, by double clicking on the short cut on my desktop nothing happens. Sometimes I like to be able to play against the AI or setup another game while waiting for a return email from my opponent. Right now it seems I can only have one game at a time open. And with the long loading times it's inconvenient to have to close out a game and reload another. In CM1 days I could open multiple games and PBEM a couple/several opponents at the same time. Am I doing something wrong?
Erwin
It's possible that your system cannot handle two CMBN programs running at the same time? CM2 is a LOT more of a resource hog than CM1.
Ted
I wouldn't think it would be a problem on my machine. I have an HP Pavilion 9280, 6600 quad core, 9Gig Ram, ATI Radeon 4800 series vid card. Can you run two games at the same time?
Erwin
I can run CMSF and CMBN at the same time. Haven't tried two CMBN's I have to admit.
Ted
If you would please give it a try, I'd like to see what happens. Thanks Erwin.
Erwin
Tried it, and yes it seems that a 2nd CMBN game won't load on my machine either. Maybe install a 2nd game elsewhere on your HD and try?
