Amadeus
Do you guys know this issue in Norway after conquering by the Germans. The units are too weak against marine units and after reinforcing by a corps the Britain troops are nearly invincible.
Hyazinth von Strachwitz
Amadeus, I suggest to move a HQ up there, and you will notice that the british troops are everything but invincible. Norway works fine for me when I play the Axis.
Amadeus
Hyazinth, yes I exaggerate the situation. But is it worth to move heavy duty in the far north. This game situation is not that rare and I guess the value against naval units should be improved...
wlape3
Additionally, the ports along Norway's Atlantic coast should not freeze due to the Gulf Stream.
Hyazinth von Strachwitz
Amadeus, maybe I misinterpreted your initial post... was exactly are we talking about? What naval units exactly? Sorry in advance.. :-) Of course moving all these unit up there is not amusing, but it is necessary.. and once the enemy is defeated, just bring them back. Winti
When you conquer Norway its destroyer has a chance to become free unit, which stays in the port on the beginning of the convoy route, so germany cannot get any income from Norway until defeating that destroyer, which is not possible unless sending some heavy pieces there.
