Bricktop
Is it possible to reposition a waypoint by dragging it?
Wego McPbem
No it's not. There has been some talk about possibly bringing it back in the future. It's worth noting that theres no command delay anymore so you aren't losing anything if you just delete and re-plot.

Losing nothing but function in my wrist and arm, that is.

While it is true the command delay issue is gone but it would be nice when dealing with little mistakes early in a list of way points. That way you could fix it without starting over. Also it is really handy when dealing with traffic snarls - you can tweak the following vehicle to go a bit wider around the corner.
Glukx Ouglouk
IIRC, it's been stated by BFC that this function isn't trivial to implement because of the way path-finding works, but it's somewhere on the list of features they'd like to add in future games. I think it would be a nice feature to have, but I would rank it lower in importance than a way to tell a column of vehicles to just follow a road - path-finding issues can be an incredible pain when there are hedgerows on both sides of the road...
