Echo
Demo to booted once. I noticed AA was not enabled, exited demo. Enabled AA in ATI Catalyst control. Now demo will not boot with, or without AA enabled. ATI 5850, 4G, Q6600 quad, Vista 32, blah blah blah.
Schrullenhaft
So when you launch the demo it doesn't come up on the screen at all (no "Play Now / Buy Now" screen, etc.) ? You may need to disable some of your security software and if you're using Process Explorer or any utilities like that you'll need to close them down completely. Some people have reported issues with some of the earlier 11.x Catalyst drivers. One person claims upgrading to 11.5 allowed the demo to work for them. I'm not sure if that will address your problem or not.
Duck of Earl
I've found the 'CM Normandy Demo.exe' is not stopping on exit. I kill it in the process explorer and then the demo starts normally. http://www.battlefront.com/community/showthread.php?p=1259170#post1259170
Davek555
Had the same problem....manually having to close the CM Demo process to get it to exit. It would not load the demo again until I did that. Updating to the latest 11.5 Catalyst Drivers seemed to fix the issue.
