Dragon99
Hi, play the axis still version 1.03 and am in the year 46. Following problem, after Berlin was bombed to below 5, I have found in Europe only max. 5 than in the cities and ports supply. In the Russian cities even only 3. Even Italy is only to 5. Has never happened to me. This has to do with the Berlin only likes 2? Had I the only explanation, but as I recall this has already happened several times, but the fact that I've never supply problems.
Hubert Cater
Hi Dragon99, Supply is calculated via rail lines so if a primary hub such as Berlin is bombed to below 5 then subsequently connected resources will act as though they are essentially cutoff. Perhaps this is the case in your campaign game? Hubert
jon_j_rambo
Hubert, what if there are other capitals able to connect Germany? (Else bombing Berlin below 5 would be very deadly strategy).
Hubert Cater
If other capitals are connected then the supply should be fine but without seeing the game at hand I can only offer the basic assessment of how supply works. Dragon99, if what I described above does not seem to be the case then please feel free to send me a saved turn at support@furysoftware.com
Hubert Cater
Thanks and after looking at the turns as Berlin is the only major Axis capital in Europe this is indeed the normal behaviour as it was bombed below 5 so all the connected cities (via rail) would have reduced supply. But Germany does also have an Industrial Center in Konigsberg that can act to also provide maximum supply, i.e. much like a Capital, but in the case of these turns it too was below 5 so the Axis were out of luck here. I hope this helps, Hubert
