Close assault by infantry, direct fire from guns or tanks, and possibly smoke if it is a real problem. JasonC Posted November 24, 2010 Share Posted November 24, 2010 Direct fire from within the covered arc by any anti-armor weapon, even the lightest. The best at it are the high rate of fire AA guns e.g. 37mm. But any 75mm or 76mm tank main gun will do. You will see a message "firing slit penetration" and a knock out will result. The KO will be most rapid if the range is under 400 yards. Naturally, if it is a heavy PAK pillbox rather than MG or a light cannon, it gets more dangerous to take them on frontally with armor. Making the light AA solution the best - you can fire at them from 800 meters or so, from cover, and they are unlikely to get a full spot back. They can also be KOed by getting squad infantry to their rear door, and leaving it stationary there for a minute or two. But that is almost always harder than just putting any decent gun in their covered arc and KOing them through the embrasure. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
