zmoney Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 I just purchased the NATO module and noticed my Marines are now missing. I read in another post someone had a similar problem and the solution was to reinstall everything. But....... my problem is is that the Marine module is the only module I purchased exclusively through digital DL and dont have a hard copy of. Moon Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 NATO will not erase anything upon installation. Did you patch to v1.21 prior to installing NATO? Moon Posted October 26, 2010 Share Posted October 26, 2010 Well, the NATO installer is not programmed to remove any Modules. I guess it's possible that one of your anti-virus or similar security programs quarantined it. If you purchased Marines from us, then your download is god for 365 days. If you forgot to make a backup copy of the setup files, then you can re-download within that period. After that period expires, and you don't have a local backup, you can request a re-download at www.battlefront.com/helpdesk.
