Erwin
eg: Am playing "Road to Dinas" and I thought I had a Red/ME BG sounds mod, but I still hear US chatter. What mod will give me Middle East chatter?

Erwin
Got it now. Thank you... (Why don't you upload it to the repository?)
Erwin
I tried loading the "ME" file into the CM:A Z folder, but I still get default ambient. Does this mod not work in CM:A?
Mord
You have to drop the (ME) part from the file name. Oh, and it's most likely already on the Repository (or GAJ's site) I just couldn't find it...I wouldn't feel right uploading someone else's stuff. Erwin
Ah, I have to rename. Just for clarification, please write out exactly what do I need to rename it to?
Mord
background day combat, background night combat. The best way to figure out a lot of how mods work, for example the files names, would be to check out how to explode brz files...there's a read me in the mod tools folder. If you look in your data folder you'll see a bunch of brz files...those are all the bmps wavs and other stuff packed together for the game...if you explode them you'll have multiple folders for each version/patch of CMSF and it's modules. You will be able to look through the folders and see how each file is named...It's pretty handy and how I figured out a lot of the how and why of mods.
