The key areas where AI needs some work appear to be in garrisoning and defending. I think this is known, but I was annoyed when the AI did the following:

- Left Moscow with a unit to attack, when an enemy unit was adjacent to Moscow

- railed units, but did not rail any to Moscow

- built new units, but did not build any in Moscow

!!!

Is there not some way we can have a very firm garrison order - like "hold at all costs"?

Even with a free unit script, the unit may not appear in time.
