joeroma
If you purchase CMSF Marines, there will always be recording the license online, or just above CMSF install it without having to record a new license?
bodkin
Marines has it's own license number that you get in the confirmation email, you can always go back and look it up with your login at sales but it's a good idea to write it down somewhere. The same goes for the original CMSF, if you haven't written it down and you bought before October last year you have lost it I think, so you'd have to apply to sales for a new license number.
joeroma
I have already CMSF the original, but because at this moment I have no connection to the Internet from my house, I would not install marines and then not be able to play because I can not make a record
bodkin
There is an offline license ability, when you try to license it will create a file that you can take to any PC with an internet connection and send it to BFC to get a license. (I think)
joeroma
BFC? What is?
Moon
BFC = Battlefront. But bodkin is not correct... you don't send the offline license request file to us, but instead follow the on-screen instructions (which direct you to www.license.net). So to recap: install the game, launch it. Enter your license key but instead of clicking on the "Install License" button, click on "Off-Line License". Then simply follow the on-screen instructions, in short: - generate a license request.txt file -copy that file to disc or USB stick -transfer it to a PC with internet access - upload ALL of the file contents to www.license.net - download the generated license.txt file - copy the file to disc - transfer the file back to the PC you want to install on that doesn't have internet access - complete the license process by loading the license.txt file It sounds more complicated than it is, but of course nothing beats the on-line license procedure (one click) Martin
