MikeyD
I just got an email from a hobby buddy. It looks like Trumpeter is coming out with a kit of the LAV-25 A2! So there are people besides BFC who are aware of the vehicle! I haven't touched modeling glue in years but it sure looks tempting. The kit is of a very late model vehicle (even later than BFC's) with wind sensor post, no troop compartment vision blocks, and a muffler shroud for for the A2's funky short muffler. Very cool. panzermartin
Nice.. Lavs are cute but I always thought of modern american AFVS as visually boring. Where are the curves?? The caged Stryker tops them all in ugliness though. Russians on the other hand build some nice sexy armour. One of the things in CMSF that makes me less nostalgic about those cool german panzers

jenrick
I use the LAV all the time in WinSPMBT, good speed, good vision, cheap, good gun for what it should be up against, and not going to take half my infantry with it if it gets hit (since it can't carry a platoon). -Jenrick
