Put together by a few guys on this forum - I've downloaded all of it and its useful. I know one of the guys has got it in his signature somewhere. Maybe ... if you'll forgive the pun ... The PDFs are in GeorgeMc's sig and they are good for the other stuff, light on AI. Between this and the manual you should be well on you way.
