So, uninstalled cmak and now the cd will not autorun, and there is no setup.exe just a file called setup w02 file that nothing runs, and even if i copy that to my hd and change name to setup.exe still nuffink. Schrullenhaft Posted February 7, 2004 Share Posted February 7, 2004 Have you rebooted your computer yet ? Which version of Windows are you running ? What is running in the background (do a Ctrl-Alt-Del) ? I'd suggest killing as many programs (or disabling them) while attempting to install CM. This is especially true of anti-virus programs that can possibly interfere with the install process. Unbeknowst to us, they went with a 2 disc install for CMAK instead of a 1 disc version like we used. Although they still put all the game data on a single disc. Go figure...
