ATGM missile bug

Hi - I opened by regular pbem installment of Hammertime ver. 1 in CM:SF 1.04 to find that one of my AT 13 crew's missiles had all disspeared.

In the previous turn the crew had 3 missile in their inventory. I issued the order to fire and, on receipt of the next turn, no missiles were fired as their inventory was empty.

This is very frustrating. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
