Commander of a tiger I, shelled the onslaught of russian T34's allowing the rest of the reinforcements to get into position and hold off the attack. They were hit by a shell disabling the tank and killing the driver but these crewman hiked through the forest back to friendly trenches where they stayed protected for the remainder of the mission...
