Unlike big label publishers who probably run videos on a bunch of cray workstations I simply recorded on my home system (which is by no means high end but plays the game smoothly). The additional video capturing software plus the ensuing compression to get it down from the 5 GB of data down to the current size mean that what you see is much more laggy than it plays.
