Duriel Krugaire
I got a new wide screen monitor and running 1680x1050. When I run CMBB, it sets up with something less, like 1340x980 or something (it definitely is not wide screen). Will TOW run the 1680x1050? Madmatt
Yup, it supports widescreen resolutions. I run in 1680x1050 actually. Madmatt
Duriel Krugaire
How do reset your video resolution? I don't see a setup in the directory for ccbb, and in the game I can't find anything to point to video resolution??
Elmar Bijlsma
For resetting your resolution in CMBB you need to delete your preference file and restart the game. You'll be presented with a a suggested setting. If the one offered doesn't suit you then try the next.
Moon
For CMBB, what you need to do is delete the CMBB_Prefs file which you can find in the game installation directory (I forget what it's called exactly; Prefs or Preferences). If you do that, the next time you launch the game, CMBB will automatically determine the best resolution to run. I am not sure what the max is that it supports though. Oh, and of course all of your other preferences will be deleted, too (like tree density etc.) so you'll have to adjust them as well. For TOW, it works differently and there is an Options tab where you can set a host of video, audio and gameplay options individually.
