chashm
I just reloaded CMBB on my computer, It set itself to 800X600(or something like that) I want higher resolution. How do I achieve this? Thanks
Schrullenhaft
Delete the Combat Mission BB Prefs file that's at the root of your CMBB directory. Change your desktop resolution to be at or above what you what to run CMBB at. The next time you launch CMBB you will be prompted with the 'resolution selection process' that starts at your current desktop resolution. If you ever change your desktop resolution to one that is less than what you have CMBB set to run at (i.e. you have CMBB set to use 1280x1024, but you set your desktop to run at 1024x768), then CMBB will again go through the resolution selection process, starting at your current desktop resolution.

Schrullenhaft
What is it offering you 800x600 or only 640x480 ? What video card, Windows version, driver version and DirectX version do you have loaded ? You can go to the Start Menu > Run command > type in (w/o quotes) 'dxdiag'. This will run the DirectX diagnostic. You can run some minor DirectX tests with this utility and check on some other details. Click on the Display tab and in the 'DirectX Features' section you can check to see if all of the settings are 'enabled'. The DirectDraw test will mean little (it's just 2D stuff), but the Direct3D tests may tell you if something is wrong.
