Der Kriegsherr Posted January 17, 2002 Share Posted January 17, 2002 When I first got CMBO back when it first came out, the game ran fine!! I have the above video card and drivers. I have 511 megs of RAM and an Athlon 800mhz CPU in my Gateway tower desktop. I recently upgraded to the new Nvidia drivers and haven't played CMBO for a while, but now that I'm back, I'm having trouble and it's driving me nuts. I can't figure out why the game now randomly locks up on me during a scenario! I have to Cntrl Alt Delete and End the program, which loses the game I'm playing. Are the Nvidia drivers the problem? What drivers are recommended for my video card? Is it my sound card? I have a Soundblaster Live! Thanks for any help. HELP!! HELP!! WWB Posted January 17, 2002 Share Posted January 17, 2002 Well, I have the same card, and it is working perfectly in windows 2000 using the 15.70 WHQL drivers with 2x FSAA forced.
