ANSWER: Go into the game folder. I just recycle it from time to time when I am trying to help someone find info faster than posting on the board and waiting for a response. If I recall correctly it is also part of some FAQ around here. (that now seems to be broken) BFC fix or do somefink!!!! Also if you will note, the link I posted goes directly to BFC's official word on where to find said mission editor.
