william bowen Posted December 2, 2007 Share Posted December 2, 2007 I used 200 mpp's to upgrade my infantry weapons to a 2 in 1939, it is now August 1941 and I only have one upgrade is this intentional or am I just an unlucky axis player. When the Russians transfer their eastern troops to their western front they should not be allowed to use the operate function until after the next axis turn.
