Bromley
I'm a little confused about how supply works here. Situation 1. Allied. Russians have a line of supply to the south and Brits take Iran (already own Iraq). Everyting in the Middle East, including Iran, remains at supply 5. Situation 2. Axis. Take the Caucasus from Rostov. Take Iran. Iran is at supply 8. I'm assuming that the rest of the Middle East would have followed suit if I had advanced through Iraq to Egypt (game ended though, so I didn't see it). Can someone explain why the two situations are different?
Honch
Under # 1 there is no direct land route between London and those cities. Under # 2 there is a direct land route from Berlin to those cities.
Scook
In SC1, Brtish cities could trace supply to the Russian captial. In SC2, Western Allies cannot trace supply from any Russian supply source, and vice-versa.
Canuck_para
This does not make much sense when if the UK falls then they can all become 8 or 10 as the capital is moved to Egypt. What happens if the UK falls but is recaptured. Do the cities in Egypt revert back to 5?
Blashy
Russia is a NON cooperative ally. This is why those cities don't go up in supply.
