Turnberry
Do these vary in their height (mountains) and density (forests); or are they generic?
Edwin P.
They are generic, but I would like to see mountain tiles that are impassable to armor/mechanized units added to the mix.
Lars
On this scale is there really such a thing as an impassable mountain hex? Perhaps better would be +1, +2, +3 movement point hexes, shaded to match.
Blashy
True, on this scale at the most +1 and +2, even +2 might be too much.
Turnberry
This screenshot shows different forest densities on different tiles. From what you say, different appearances don't translate into differences in game play?
pzgndr
The latest Editor now allows editing terrain movement costs, including defining terrain as impassable. This won't change much in the regular game, but modders can certainly use it for their own custom games with different scales.
