Hubert Cater Posted April 15, 2008 Share Posted April 15, 2008 Armuss, these were just suggestions that I made the final decision on where Dave and Gunnar received credit for the idea. Generally though France was reduced to accommodate the Blitzkrieg and Spain and Sweden reduced IIRC for when they join the Axis they are not too powerful as the Axis is already generally strong enough without these free units.
