Whats a good book about russian armor WWII ?

Recommended Posts

Hmmm... I suppose you could go to Amazon.com and do a search-by-author of anything by Steve zaloga. I've been very happy with those contents of those New Vanguard books on Russian armor lately. I can't think of any dedicated books on funky Russian light armor though.

Hi, just noticed no one was answering (Must be very distracted), and remembered having anotated one title of a book someone had mentioned in one of the treads.

"Red Army Tank Commanders: The Armored Guards." By Richard N. Armstrong.

I have no editorial or year of print in my note.

Also have another title.

"Comanding the Red Army's Sherman Tanks. The World War II Memoirs of Hero of the Soviet Union Dimitriy Loza." Edited and translated by James F. Gebhardt. University of Nebraska Press. Lincon & London, 1996.

Hope this would help you.
