Apache
I'm sure I've seen a release of camo uniforms for axis tank crews on one of the sites somewhere. Did they actually ever wear them, I always thought they were all black?
Splinty
Later in the war it was quite common for tankers to wear the dot pattern camoflague uniform.
Frysian
Indeed they had Camo, especially the SS Tank Crew. In the beginning of the war it was all black, but I see some tank crews also used the standard grey uniform like the soldiers. flamingknives
I think the field grey uniforms were used by the Stug crews, who were counted as artillery crews. I don't know about later in the war, but in the earlier years tank uniform was a much prized black. (the panzer crews were regarded much like fighter pilots/aircrew.
