mod?

I just downloaded some "mods" from wargamer. I've never done this before and don't want to screw up the game. Could someone tell me where I'm supposed to put these new mod "pictures" to use them. For example in the "BMP" folder or the "Open Play Modules" folder?!

Hi there

SImply copy the bmp files to the folder called bmp in the main directory. Don't forget to back up the folder first, just in case something doesn't work or you don't like the mod

BTW, you can use WinRAR to extract single BMPs from the orginal installation CDs. This way you don't need to make backups of the original files, as long as you know the file names/numbers. Tested with my US PC version.

Alright now I've gone and done it . . . my german soldiers are wearing school-glasses and of course I don't like half of what I installed.

What is WinRAR and how do I work with it. Assume I know nothing, because I don't.
