OT: This email address is sending Klez:

I've had Klez sent twice to my cmbb@ email address, which I just set up this week and have never used nor advertised anywhere but here. The Klez has a from of:

MALBERTO@

and a return path of:

gayers@

If either of those are familiar to you (yours) you might want to grab the Klez cleaning tool from Symantec.com

Ok, took out the email addresses. Yes, I know that Klez spoof's the address, but this person could possibly be the spoofer and not just a spoofee smile.gif

The from part is immaterial, except for the sender has recieved email from that address. The return path is what is important, so send that guy a note telling him you are getting viruses from his machine.

That's 100% correct. A lot of people make that same mistake.

Those email addresses should also be removed from the first post, just in case an email harvester finds this page. ;)
