Xavier
Hello, In a pbem (V1.01) a plane has just straffed some hiden infantry units (terrain = brush). Is it realistic? As these units were in foxholes, did the foxholes makes them more detectable by airplanes?

Battlefront.com
Planes do their own spotting as they fly over, so yes... it is quite possible to see a plane straffing something that has not been spotted by ground forces. Steve

SteveI am playing one now where two columns of smoke are drifting up from the far end of the board after two vehicles were knocked out by aircraft - but the vehicles are invisible because my ground forces have yet to spot them. Very nice touch.
