Goofy Posted June 30, 2000 Share Posted June 30, 2000 I'm running ver 1.01 and when I open the game I only get the scenarios that came on the game. My saves don't show up on the list, neither do any of the scenarios that I've DLed although if I go to the Scenario folder it shows them. The save routine seems to work (tells me to name it etc) but it doesn't show in the save folder. Also everytime I close the game there's 2 empty folders created on my desktop, both empty. PBEM and Saved Games. What is going on? Anyone else run into this? Help!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
MadDog0606 Posted June 30, 2000 Share Posted June 30, 2000 Was this happening before you applied the patch? I think I read somewhere in another thread someone else having the same problem. What caused it was that they were running CM from the CD. So when CM looks for the scenarios to play it is looking on the CD. And since the CD can't be wrote to, any game you try to save wont be saved (and you wont get a message telling you CM couldn't write to the CD).
