However, some scenarios are designed and balanced for PBEM/TCP play, so the AI may need some help (increased forces and/or a bonus) to make it challenging. Also, there are certain types of scenarios that the AI just isn't programmed to handle. For example, the AI doesn't do assault boats, so any scenario that requires their use, the AI should take the other side.
