Pzman
you email the saved PBEM file (found in your PBEM folder) to the person you are playing. Note: All of the things you need to know to play a PBEM battle is in the games manual.

Pzman
Go into the Multiplayer section and click load PBEM file. Then choose the selected PBEM file.

Tifosi
Try this: open the file attachment in your e-mail program. Copy and Paste the contents to your notepad, go to File, Save As and then save to your PBEM folder within the game folder on drive C:. Start the game, click on join multiplayer then load e-mail and it should be there!
Philippe
Just a wild guess, but some ISP's (especially AOL) have been doing strange things to small incoming text files. Having the textfile merged with the incoming message (the AOL trick) is a bit of a pain. Simplest way to prevent it seems to be to zip your textfiles before you send them. Then, when your friend receives your text file, he should download it directly into his PBEM folder and tell his system to open when downloading. That way when he goes into multiplayer and the PBEM folder through the game, all he'll have to do is look for a sub-folder with the name of the turn you just sent. And like swallowing, it's much easier to do than to describe.
junk2drive
Philippe, I have a problem with a cmg battle 24kb file. I send it to one person with a mac and it doesn't work. To another person with a PC and it is fine. I wonder if it is my pc going out or their computers coming in.
