Infantry in Shorts (cold weather too???)

I noticed from the screenshots British Infantry are wearing summer issue shorts. The desert does have its cold months. Will the cooler weather scenarios have infantry in long pants, or is that something the MOD community will have to tackle??

There were also leather jerkins used at least as late as early 1941, as well as greatcoats on both sides.

In fact, each side wore from time to time the captured clothing of the other side, not for purposes of deception (they used their own insignia and badges etc.), but because it was what was available and serviceable. In fact, there was such a variety of clothing worn in Eighth Army as to stretch the very concept of 'uniform' to the breaking point.

The shorts and bare legs will be hard coded like the other 3D models, so it won't be possible to mod shorts into pants.
