Feldgrau is a good site but has no information other than who and when the medal was won. No information on how. Any information would be appreciated. Elite of the Third Reich: The Recipients of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross 1939-45 A google search with Knights Cross turns up a lot of sites but not a complete list. Panzer Aces 1 and Infantry Aces were released as mass edition paperbacks a year or so ago and are inexpensive. By the way, your first KC scenario was a blast to play! Thanks glad you liked it. You played it quick since you just downloaded it yesterday. If you don't mind would you go to the Discussion Area, at The Proving Grounds, and leave some comments on it. Good, bad, or indiferent, makes no difference. Just need to know how the games play and what people think of them. Frank Kurowski is a poor historian for KC research. He doesn't quote sources, he doesn't give many details about the actions in much medal was won. I have several of his books. Some that you didn't mention as well. I would like to get the same amount of detail for the KC holders as we get for the MOH and VC scenarios. Maybe we can't but we are sure going to try. Thanks for your reply and your interest.
