Wingmanx
I remember leafing through a book that my friend owned and seeing several cutaway views of several WWII tanks, I found this interesting since before that point I'd always had trouble envisioning where each person would sit in the vehicle, aside from the obvious positions for the commander and the driver which are often similar. I've ever seen a cutaway view of interior of a Tiger though and am curious if there's any images available out there that anyone knows about? I'm not looking specific, as any model will do.
Mace
These couple of URLs may help: http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?t=67234&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0 http://tiger1.info/saumur/english/sommaire.html
David I
Mace, Very interesting. I never realized how off-set the driver's and radio operator's hatches were. Obviously not to be driven in "unbottoned" mode. Emergency escape only? DavidI
Wingmanx
After looking at those links, all I can say about Yacov's model is...holy crap. What I'd give to have something like that sitting on my shelf.
