John Kettler
In downloading the Mac CMAK patch I nearly made a major error by downloading the Windows version. Why? After choosing the Mac patch, I was taken to a page on which I not unreasonably assumed all the choices would be Mac related. When I selected the CMAK from BFC option, I found myself confronted with a plethora of Windows patch choices, but nothing from Mac. Happily, a little backtracking got me what I needed, but why should there be any Windows options called up when one selects a Mac patch? Madmatt
Well, most people READ before clicking a link but I will make a small change that allows the Mac download link from the Download page to point directly to the Mac page instead of that front page. gibsonm
John, You're letting the side down. We are meant to be brighter than the other lot.
John Kettler
Madmatt, Thanks--despite your sarcasm! gibsonm, I was anything but bright yesterday (exhausted, sore, mentally befogged and hurting), and it caused me to make some mistakes I otherwise might not have made. But since you feel I failed you and the troops... (opens robe and performs dramatic, exquisitely correct hara kiri with wickedly sharp tanto; second lops off his head before he can cry out and dishonor himself) Satisfied now? Madmatt
If you were doing it right you would actually call it "harakiri" (bowls or abdomen cut) or its more formal and correct term "seppuku" meaning to 'cut the stomach or abdomen'.
